Long-term Stability

Cost reduction & efficiency

Smart temperature control ensures 8 hours of continuous welding without overheating. Optimized for production lines and customized manufacturing with 24/7 non-stop operation, the HW Series lowers total cost per seam while keeping output steady from the first part of the shift to the last.

  • Dual-temperature, dual-control chiller cools laser source and torch separately
  • No power derating in hot workshops (5–40°C operating range)
  • Alarm and auto-protection on water flow and temperature

Freedom of Control

Unlimited pathing

A flexible handheld torch makes laser welding effortless on complex trajectories — inside corners, curved seams, large or awkward workpieces that a fixed welding station can't reach. Simple to operate with superior seam aesthetics, it is easy for beginners to master quickly.

  • Lightweight ergonomic torch with long fiber cable
  • Preset process library for common materials and thicknesses
  • New operators productive after a short training session

Zero Pollution

Zero defects

Smoke-free and spatter-free. Smooth, flat seams with no welding scars eliminate secondary grinding — cleaner for the shop floor and far easier on quality control. Switch to the cleaning nozzle to strip rust, oil and heat tint without chemicals or abrasives.

  • Narrow heat-affected zone, minimal deformation on thin sheet
  • Little or no post-weld grinding and polishing
  • Weld, clean and seam-finish on one machine

Core Components

Built on industrial-grade parts

Fiber Laser Source

Industrial-grade continuous fiber laser with high electro-optical efficiency and long service life.

Handheld Welding Torch

Wobble-beam torch with swappable welding and cleaning nozzles and a contact-safety interlock.

Dual-Circuit Chiller

Separate temperature control for laser source and optics keeps output stable across a full shift.

Touchscreen Controller

Stores process parameters per material and thickness; multi-language interface.

Applications

Where the HW Series is used

Kitchenware & Sinks

Stainless cabinets, sinks and catering equipment with clean seams that need no polishing.

Sheet Metal Enclosures

Electrical cabinets, chassis and boxes — fast corner and edge welds on thin sheet.

Metal Furniture & Doors

Stainless doors, railings and furniture frames with minimal distortion.

Automotive Parts

Brackets, exhaust components and battery housings in steel and aluminum.

Signage & Decoration

Channel letters and decorative metalwork where seam appearance matters.

Surface Cleaning

Rust, paint and oxide removal before welding, and heat-tint removal after.

FAQ

HW Series questions

Handheld laser welding uses a focused laser beam, delivered through a fiber-optic cable to a handheld torch, to melt and join metal. It's faster to learn than TIG welding and produces a smaller heat-affected zone.
